This site has been set up to encourage Australians to make a valid Will (if not already done) and to benefit a charity/ or charities with a bequest.

Nobody likes to think of their demise but having a Will makes sure that your assets and estate are distributed according to your wishes.

The information on this site is provided as a guide - we strongly recommend that you take legal advice in composing your Will - we are not legal practitioners and do not endorse any particular charity or legal firm.

Our mission is to provide YOU with information to achieve an informed judgement on benefiting a charity/charities in your Will.

According to some research, only 50% of people have a Will - if this is the case then the information contained on this site may be of assistance to many people.

Our charities need your help. Bequests are the most cost effective income source for these organisations to continue with their important and crucial work.

We are elevated as human beings when we help others - by remembering a charity in our Will we leave a lasting imprint of ourselves on future generations.
